• Karin and I will take up to 24 friends, we will pay our own way, which will keep the price down for everybody!
• We will have a 44+ seat 4 star bus with refrigerator (cold beer and wine can be bought from the driver while on the road) and a small on board  kitchen to warm sausages and make coffee.
• I will work on the cheapest price possible and still go in style.
• Hotels will be basic and clean with in room bathrooms (where Karin and I would stay). They might not be with any star rating.
• Tour will be 14 days with the possibility to add days and more.*
• The tour ends near Munich the day before the Oktoberfest in Munich starts. So let us know if you want your tour extended.*
• We have a few of participants, including Karin and I, who will add days or weeks before and/or after the tour to visit other countries and areas in Europe while they are already there.
• Many entrance fees and attractions are included in the price.
• We will spend 4 nights in a hotel close to the home base of the bus, that we do not pay for accommodations for the bus driver and with a possible change of drivers we can extend the time somewhat to spend in the locations we visit and do not have to figure in a day of rest for the driver in the middle of the trip (Bus Driving Laws).
• I will try to pack as much punch into this trip while still being able to enjoy it.
• For you retired folks, if it is too much for you in the end, add a day our two in one of the many great spa resorts in the area before going home!
• This journey is set at $?000 per person including ~$?000 for coach fare with Delta Vacations from Detroit. (I am using $1.20 as exchange rate to the Euro).
• The sooner we have a commitment that this is going, the sooner a Delta Vacation Price can be locked in for you.
• Some bookings will be done by me and others will be handled by Renate from Anchorville Travel.
• We recommend a Travel Insurance, including trip cancellation insurance, talk to Renate about it.
• I will have a fixed cost of $685 per person for the bus, which is nonrefundable.
• If somebody pays the deposit and has to cancel, we will refund the deposit only if all the places are filled and somebody to take your place is found or if we cannot get the participants together and have to cancel, at which point all money will be refunded.
• Karin and I will not be liable for anything happening to you, consider this a trip which you booked yourself, so you are covered by the airlines, the bus company, venues and hotels, not by us. So we recommend a travel insurance, talk to Renate about it.
